OUTDOOR HEATED THERAPY POOL · 86–88°F
Specialized Aquatic Physical Therapy in Kaneohe
Splash into full body relief. Soak up joint stability. Let stress float away in the warmth of our heated pool.
What is aquatic physical therapy?
Aquatic physical therapy is the clinical practice of physical therapy in a water-filled pool. Patients perform specific exercises designed to take advantage of the physical properties of water, such as buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure, and resistance, to achieve therapeutic goals.
Warm-water therapy takes the load off your joints, literally. Water reduces stress on joints and allows movement that simply isn't possible on land, making it ideal for patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rebuilding strength after injury. Come float with us at our outdoor heated pool in Windward Oahu, kept at a soothing 86–88°F.
How aquatic physical therapy helps
Less pain, more movement
Water buoyancy reduces joint stress by up to 90%, letting you move through a full range of motion without the pain that holds you back on land.
Personalized sessions
Every session is designed and led by a licensed physical therapist and support staff. Your plan is built around your body, your condition, and your goals.
Fun and effective
Patients consistently tell us aquatic therapy is their favorite part of the week. The warm water, the outdoor setting, the progress they feel. It adds up.
